Team Leader - Security

About the role

The Security Team Leader will support the efficient operation of the security department at Hyatt Regency Al Kout, ensuring that all safety standards and brand expectations are consistently met. This position reports to senior management and works closely with other hotel functions to maintain a safe environment for guests, employees, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the security department in line with Hyatt International corporate strategies.
• Ensure the CCTV control room is continuously staffed and that monitoring systems operate effectively.
• Oversee visitor screening procedures and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) without exception.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to address security incidents and maintain a proactive security posture.
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to security activities.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti national.
• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong practical and operational abilities; administrative competence is an asset.
