About the role
The Technical Analyst will provide technical analysis, support, troubleshooting, configuration, integration, testing and documentation for T24 applications in a banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze T24 technical requirements.
- Support T24 modules and application components.
- Troubleshoot technical incidents and defects.
- Support interfaces and system integrations.
- Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation.
Required profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with T24/Temenos Transact.
- Banking technology background.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of T24 integrations and interfaces.
