Technical Assurance Leader

About the role

The Technical Assurance Leader is responsible for validating and verifying software products and components to ensure that end‑users can perform their workflows efficiently and without failures. This role works closely with engineering and portfolio managers to design, execute, and report on quality tests for assigned software products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organize and execute test strategies, plans and suites in cooperation with development teams.
• Conduct non‑functional tests covering load, performance, security, scalability, usability and deployability.
• Review test plans for completeness and track testing progress.
• Analyze and prioritize technical problems, identify and escalate project risks, and verify defect fixes.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to review automatic test results.
• Document, review and edit user documentation and ensure compliance with software lifecycle and product development processes.
• Review software requirements documents and provide input to improve product effectiveness, integration and usability.
• Develop automated tests and scripts to support efficient regression testing.
• Document and report test results using established defect‑tracking systems.
