Technical Sales Executive

About the role

SOLID, Kuwait’s exclusive destination for premium architectural and construction materials, is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Executive. The role combines showroom assistance with field visits, focusing on building strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end‑clients while driving new business opportunities across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors, understand project needs and recommend suitable material solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, developers, and project owners.
• Conduct client visits to identify new business opportunities and expand SOLID’s network.
• Promote SOLID’s portfolio, highlighting product features, technical specifications, and exclusive manufacturer partnerships.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals and manage the sales process through project completion.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new product developments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical or showroom sales, specification sales or business development within construction‑related industries.
• Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors or developers is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both in the showroom and on client visits.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
