About the role
Infinity Training International is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telemarketing Executive to promote its training programs and engage with prospective students.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective students via phone and WhatsApp.
- Explain course details, fees, and schedules.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
- Maintain lead records and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Telemarketing, sales, or education counselling experience preferred.
