Telesales Specialist – Credit Card Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Telesales Specialist to join an on‑site squad supporting a global payments firm’s consumer cards business in partnership with a leading Kuwaiti bank. You will work with warm, pre‑screened leads to acquire new credit cardholders, guide them through activation and early usage, and ensure accurate CRM records while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound and inbound telesales campaigns, contacting pre‑screened prospects to acquire new credit cards.
• Qualify leads, assess eligibility, position the appropriate card offering, handle objections and secure completed applications.
• Guide newly issued cardholders through activation, first transaction and digital‑wallet setup to maximise 30‑day active rates.
• Maintain precise interaction logs, dispositions and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
• Adhere to approved scripts, call‑recording rules and quality‑assurance feedback to ensure compliance and a customer‑first approach.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of telesales experience in banking or financial‑services environments.
• Direct exposure to credit‑card acquisition, cross‑sell or contact‑centre consumer sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales and activation targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms for data capture and pipeline management.
