Territory Executive – Trade Development

About the role

The Territory Executive will join Philip Morris Kuwait’s Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Territory Supervisor. You will be responsible for driving in‑market execution across a defined territory, ensuring strong retail presence, high merchandising standards, and effective collaboration with distributors. This role supports the company’s Smoke‑Free future by promoting less‑harmful alternatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory covering multiple retail outlets, focusing on high‑priority locations.
• Execute route plans through regular store visits and maintain strong presence across all assigned outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors, securing visibility agreements and in‑store execution opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, monitor stock levels, and drive high‑quality merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for product placement, visibility, and expansion in key outlets.
• Lead and oversee merchandisers within the territory, providing guidance to ensure consistent execution standards.
• Collect and analyse distributor and market data, generate reports, and use insights to improve market execution.
• Participate in bi‑weekly market visits with the Head of Department to review performance and align priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
