Training Executive – Hospitality Learning & Development

About the role

As a Training Executive at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality learning experiences that embody the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will work closely with line managers, department heads and the Training Manager to ensure every team member receives the training needed to create memorable guest stays.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the in‑house training plan by coordinating and delivering engaging programmes aligned with hotel priorities.
• Identify training needs in partnership with managers and HR, implement learning initiatives and review progress on a monthly basis.
• Administer legal, compliance and vocational qualification courses to ensure staff meet required standards.
• Lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, discuss needs and maintain consistent delivery.
• Support and coach team members across departments, monitor performance and foster a positive training environment.
