Training Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Training Officer to design, develop and deliver engaging learning programs that support our Sales and Business Operations teams in Kuwait. You will work closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure training aligns with Keeta’s processes, products and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs for Sales and Business Operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and create relevant learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance metrics, and continuously improve the programs.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect company processes, products and market developments.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives for new hires and existing employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Operations or Business Operations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives independently.

Required skills

• Experience with training delivery platforms.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for automating routine tasks.
