Training Officer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training Officer to lead learning and development initiatives across our entertainment facilities. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for operational teams.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training covering customer service, safety, operations, and company standards.
• Assess training effectiveness using assessments, observations, and performance metrics.
• Identify training needs and recommend development plans.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and department managers to ensure consistent execution of standards.
• Support creation of training manuals, SOPs, and instructional materials.
• Assist teams in preparing for audits, inspections, and new attraction launches.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in training, learning and development, or operational training.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, family entertainment centers, leisure, or customer‑service industries is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
