Travel & Reservation Officer

About the role

The Travel & Reservation Officer will support customers by managing airline ticketing, hotel bookings and related travel services. This role ensures smooth reservation processes and delivers high‑quality customer service within a fast‑paced travel agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book and issue airline tickets for clients.
• Reserve hotels and arrange comprehensive travel itineraries.
• Monitor and amend reservations as needed.
• Operate reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus, as well as other online booking platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information.

Required profile

• At least one year of relevant experience in travel or reservation services.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and professional customer handling.
• Commitment, discipline and reliability.
• Open to candidates of Arab, Indian or Bangladeshi nationality who can join quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Galileo reservation system.
• Proficiency with Amadeus reservation system.
• Experience using online booking platforms.
