Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager leads and oversees all treasury activities, ensuring effective liquidity management, financial control, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role is responsible for cash management, bank reconciliation, fund transfers, supplier payments, foreign exchange transactions, and comprehensive treasury reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations, cash management, and bank reconciliation functions.
• Supervise daily cash collections, deposits, remittances, and bank transactions.
• Oversee monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review and approve corrective journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage fund transfers between banks and ensure timely execution of transfer instructions.
• Coordinate foreign exchange purchases, negotiate competitive rates, and process FX transactions.
• Handle supplier payments and online banking activities to ensure timely processing.
• Act as primary liaison with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor daily cash positions, support liquidity planning, and assist with cash forecasting.
• Develop and report treasury KPIs, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Prepare treasury reports, financial analysis, and management presentations.
• Identify treasury risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards, and audit recommendations.
