Uniform Room Attendant

About the role

The Uniform Room Attendant supports laundry operations to ensure guests and team members receive clean, well‑maintained uniforms and linen. Working within a Hilton hotel, you will coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect uniforms for cleanliness and condition, performing minor repairs when needed.
• Assist the laundry function, completing wash cycles, folding linen, and storing items correctly.
• Liaise with laundry suppliers and dry cleaners regarding uniform cleaning.
• Maintain the uniform deposit system in collaboration with Finance.
• Control outgoing uniform distribution for new and existing team members.
• Conduct uniform stock takes and ensure par stock levels are met.
• Store soiled or damaged linen in designated bags and arrange proper disposal.
• Keep the linen room and uniform store tidy and report any maintenance or safety hazards.
