About the role

Enshaat Al Sayer Company is seeking experienced drivers and equipment operators for immediate deployment at its Mina Abdullah site in Kuwait. The positions cover a range of heavy‑vehicle and construction‑equipment operations, requiring candidates who can join without delay.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks, trailers, excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, graders, and roller compactors safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials and equipment between job sites according to schedule.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on duty.

Required profile

• Valid civil ID and Kuwaiti residence status.
• Relevant driving or operator license for the specific equipment.
• Ability to start work immediately.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in a camp environment.
