About the role

A well‑reputed engineering contracting company in Kuwait is urgently recruiting for several technical and support positions. The roles span HVAC commissioning, control, chiller operation, building management system supervision, compensation & benefits assistance, and helpdesk support. Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and hold valid Kuwait residency.

Key responsibilities

• HVAC Commissioning Supervisor: oversee commissioning activities, ensure system performance, and coordinate with project teams.
• HVAC Control Technician: install, program, and maintain HVAC control systems.
• HVAC Chiller Operator: monitor and operate chiller equipment, perform routine maintenance.
• BMS Supervisor: manage building management system operations and troubleshooting.
• Compensation & Benefits Assistant: support payroll and benefits administration processes.
• Helpdesk Operator: provide first‑line IT support, resolve user incidents, and maintain service records.

Required profile

• Relevant educational qualifications and proven experience in the specific field.
• For the Helpdesk Operator: a degree or diploma in Computer Applications with at least four years of experience, including a minimum of two years in the Middle East.
• Valid Kuwait residency is mandatory for all positions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
