About the role

Our client, a well‑reputed engineering contracting firm operating in Kuwait, is urgently seeking qualified professionals for several technical and support positions. The roles are based in Farwaniya and involve on‑site work within the company's projects and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC system commissioning and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Install, program, and maintain HVAC control panels and related instrumentation.
• Operate and monitor chiller plants, performing routine checks and troubleshooting.
• Manage Building Management System (BMS) operations, including system integration and performance monitoring.
• Provide compensation and benefits administration support as required.
• Deliver first‑line IT support, handling user requests, hardware/software issues, and network incidents.

Required profile

• Relevant educational qualifications and proven experience in the specific field.
• For the Helpdesk Operator role: a degree or diploma in Computer Applications with at least 4 years of experience, including 2 years in the Middle East.
• Valid Kuwait residency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
