About the role
Zooba restaurant in Kuwait is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Helpers and Commis III to join its dining team. The successful candidates will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and service meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Support kitchen staff during peak service periods.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or similar food‑service environment.
- Ability to work 9‑hour shifts, six days a week.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic literacy in English for communication.
