About the role

We are seeking an experienced Time Keeper to join our team on a full‑time basis. The role involves accurate tracking of employee attendance and ensuring proper documentation of working hours. The successful candidate will support payroll processing and compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain daily attendance records for all staff.
  • Verify and reconcile time sheets.
  • Generate reports for payroll and management.
  • Address discrepancies and communicate with supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Update and archive timekeeping data.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in timekeeping or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess a transferable visa and be available to start immediately.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
