Vendor Management Specialist

About the role

The Vendor Management Specialist collaborates with multiple internal departments to design, refine, and execute a comprehensive employment management strategy. The role also oversees employment risk mitigation and enhances delivery capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business, finance, procurement, legal, and administrative teams to develop and implement employment management strategies.
• Establish an internal employment management system and optimise the external supplier resource pool.
• Create a detailed employment risk map, devise contingency plans, and coordinate risk resolution related to employee turnover, monitoring, and public perception.
• Analyse cost, delivery capacity, efficiency, and risk of employment resources; propose cost‑reduction and efficiency‑improvement initiatives.
• Plan annual user budgets and set up systems for employee relations, corporate culture, and talent incentives.
• Define outsourcing onboarding/off‑boarding standards, analyse outsourcing management system requirements, improve outsourcing efficiency, and conduct external benchmarking.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in large‑scale outsourcing management (client or vendor perspective).
• Strong understanding of employment market practices, employment review systems, and labor law application.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in employee relations.
• Proven project management and data analysis capabilities with high risk awareness.
• Ability to integrate resources, design solutions, and ensure operational goals through robust mechanisms and processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
