About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educational leader to serve as Vice Principal for our school community in Dubai, UAE. This senior role will provide visionary leadership, ensuring the school maintains high standards of academic excellence and student achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for students, staff, and parents.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive academic plan aligned with the school’s mission and vision.
• Lead and manage instructional programs to ensure high‑quality teaching and learning experiences.
• Provide professional development opportunities for teaching staff.
• Manage the school’s budget and resources efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and policies.
• Develop systems for monitoring and evaluating school performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience as a school principal or assistant principal.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of educational policies and regulations.
• Proven ability to create a positive school culture and promote a love for learning.
• Experience collaborating with staff, parents, and the community.
• Demonstrated budget and resource management skills.
