Waiter – Hotel Restaurant

About the role
Join a vibrant hotel restaurant within the Accor network and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Waiter, you will be the face of the dining service, ensuring every interaction is courteous, prompt, and exceeds our high hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality food and beverage service to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Prepare and maintain mise‑en‑place for each shift, ensuring smooth transitions between service periods.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Certified Food Handler (valid).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Cash handling expertise.
- Familiarity with Opera or related hospitality management systems.
