Waiter – Hotel Restaurant Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter to join our hotel restaurant team. You will deliver high‑quality guest service, ensuring every interaction is prompt, courteous and exceeds our standards. This role contributes to a memorable experience for guests while supporting the hotel’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality service to guests, following established procedures and exceeding minimum standards.
• Deliver food and beverage service in a sequenced, efficient manner.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place for each shift and set up the service area for the subsequent shift.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Certified Food Handler (valid until the indicated year).
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Cash handling competence.
• Experience with Opera or similar property management systems (preferred).
• Food safety certification (Certified Food Handler).
