Waiter – Luxury Lifestyle Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury lifestyle restaurant in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar teams.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and handle feedback throughout the dining experience.
• Set up and maintain assigned stations according to restaurant standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor tables, maintain cleanliness, and uphold presentation standards.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.

Required profile

• Age under 35 and Kuwaiti nationality.
• Previous experience in a luxury or high‑end restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the restaurant’s lifestyle concept.
