About the role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, you will deliver consistent, high-quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to guests in the assigned area.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and flexible attitude to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ensure tables are set and cleared according to hotel standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
