Warehouse & Stores Manager (SAP MM/PM)

About the role

The Warehouse & Stores Manager will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, handling, preservation, and issuance of materials. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with SAP ERP, especially the MM and PM modules, to maintain accurate inventory records and support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, inspection, identification, and documentation of incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification, periodic counts, and audits.
• Manage material issuance to guarantee timely availability for projects and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent stock shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project teams for material planning and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and material handling procedures.
• Lead warehouse personnel, resources, and equipment to maximise productivity.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or supply‑chain operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role within EPC, industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferred certifications: CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, Warehouse Management Certification.
