Bus Driver

About the role

A private-sector employer in Mahboula is hiring a full-time, on-site Bus Driver. The driver operates buses on assigned routes, transporting passengers safely and on time while following traffic laws and company policies. The team works in coordinated shifts so service runs all day.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Monitor passenger boarding and alighting
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior
• Provide courteous assistance to passengers and handle basic inquiries
• Report incidents, mechanical issues or route changes to the right people
• Complete required logs and documentation
• Cooperate with supervisors and maintenance teams

Required profile

• Valid and current commercial or bus driving licence with a clean driving record
• Ability to work full-time shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays
• Basic reading and writing skills to follow schedules, complete reports and understand safety instructions
• Physical ability to sit for long periods, assist passengers and carry out vehicle inspections
• Previous experience as a bus or commercial driver is preferred but not mandatory

• Strong bus and truck driving skills, handling large vehicles safely

• Driver training or certification covering route procedures, safety protocols and local regulations
