Weak Current Project Manager (International Retail IT)

About the role

We are looking for a Weak Current Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of overseas retail warehousing and store low‑voltage engineering projects for Meituan/Keemart. The role combines project planning, construction management, and 24/7 IT operations support in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle for overseas self‑operated retail warehousing and store weak‑current engineering, including planning, design, construction, acceptance and review.
• Coordinate engineering quality, progress, supplier management and customer satisfaction to meet project standards.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of IT desktops and IoT hardware (PDAs, computers, printers, CCTV, access control, temperature/humidity sensors) in retail warehouses.
• Deploy, configure and debug network equipment such as firewalls, switches and access points, and handle daily network issues.
• Provide 7×24 IT operation and maintenance support, troubleshooting network disconnections, terminal faults and IoT hardware anomalies remotely or on‑site.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese and English; Arabic proficiency is a plus and respect for local Muslim customs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, System Integration or related field.
• Minimum three years experience as a weak‑current project manager or IT support professional; CISCO or Huawei network certification preferred.
• Ability to create weak‑current designs, diagnose network equipment faults and perform IT desktop maintenance.
• Willingness to be stationed long‑term in Saudi Arabia and to work flexible hours, including occasional 7×24 on‑call support.
