Welding Engineer – Boiler Projects (Kuwait)

About the role

The company is seeking a Welding Engineer to lead welding activities for ten boiler units within power‑station and water‑distillation projects in Kuwait. The role is based on‑site and reports to the Project Management Department (Boiler & Piping).

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute welding operations for boiler and piping systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with fabrication, inspection and quality‑control teams.
• Monitor progress, report status and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain welding records and documentation for audit purposes.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in welding engineering, preferably on power‑station or water‑distillation projects.
• Proven experience in shipyard or ship‑repair environments is a plus.
