About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations and manage technical staff.
- Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
- Maintain quality control standards and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate team performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.

- Automotive engineering knowledge.
- Mechanical engineering knowledge.
