Accountant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Retail Experience

About the role

Alhasawi Group is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant to join its Finance team at the head office in Al Rai, Kuwait. The role focuses on supporting retail operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries for retail activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for retail stores.
• Collaborate with internal auditors and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Utilise Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline financial workflows and improve data accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Visa 18 transferable eligibility.
