About the role
EY is seeking an Assistant Director to lead client‑facing business development initiatives across Growth Markets in the MENA region. The role combines strategic account management, pursuit leadership, and market intelligence to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C‑level client executives, acting as a consultative advisor.
- Drive revenue, sales, and pipeline growth through account planning, opportunity management, and strategic market initiatives.
- Lead complex pursuits, including presentations, negotiations, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with service‑line leaders to design and execute growth strategies, campaigns, and pursuit coverage.
- Implement EY’s account‑management frameworks, monitor pipeline trends, and contribute to revenue planning.
- Coach and mentor junior business‑development staff and client‑serving professionals.
Required profile
- Graduate degree or higher in business or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of business‑development experience in professional services or solution‑selling environments.
- Proven track record of selling complex solutions at the C‑level, preferably in sectors such as healthcare, logistics, automotive, telco, aviation, or consumer retail.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
