About the role
We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our automotive sales team. In this position you will drive sales performance, nurture customer relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for vehicle sales.
- Present, promote and sell cars to customers in the showroom.
- Assist customers, answer inquiries and provide product information.
- Follow up on leads, convert prospects into successful sales and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to maximise satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications and market trends.
Required profile
- Proven experience in automotive sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
