Associate Manager – Human Resources

About the role

IFFCO Group is seeking an Associate Manager – Human Resources to lead HR operations for its FMCG business units in the UAE. The role will support employee growth, performance management and talent acquisition while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including attendance, leave and overtime records.
• Drive the performance management cycle in partnership with line managers.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent.
• Design and deliver cost‑effective employee engagement and onboarding programs.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate payroll and MIS reports.
• Administer HR policies, ensure regulatory compliance and handle employee grievances.
• Conduct annual manpower planning and succession management.
• Monitor HR KPIs such as attrition, diversity, training uptake and budget adherence.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of relevant HR experience in the FMCG sector.
• MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent degree from a reputable university.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
