Barista

About the role

Earth Roastery is seeking a Barista to deliver high‑quality coffee, specialty teas, fresh juices, mocktails, and light café food while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based beverages, pour‑over, batch brew and other manual brewing methods according to company standards.
• Dial‑in espresso daily, steam milk to proper texture, and ensure consistent taste and presentation.
• Craft mocktails, specialty drinks, and signature beverages, measuring syrups, purees and flavorings accurately.
• Prepare specialty teas, fresh juices, smoothies and maintain hygiene standards for all beverages.
• Assemble sandwiches and light meals, operate basic kitchen equipment safely, and follow food safety procedures.
• Monitor and control inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, teas, food items and disposables.
• Keep the beverage and kitchen stations clean, organized and fully stocked.

Required profile

• Passion for specialty coffee and a strong focus on customer experience.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency.
• Willingness to suggest new beverage ideas aligned with seasonal promotions.
