Barista

About the role

Earth Roastery is looking for a motivated Barista to craft high‑quality coffee, specialty teas, fresh juices, and signature mocktails while delivering excellent customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced café environment, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks, pour‑over, batch brew, and other manual brewing methods to Earth Roastery standards.
• Mix, shake, stir, and garnish mocktails, specialty beverages, and cold drinks with precise measurements.
• Prepare specialty teas, fresh juices, smoothies, and other cold beverages while maintaining hygiene.
• Assemble sandwiches and light meals following standard operating procedures.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and handle feedback.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash transactions.
