About the role

We are a popular coffee shop in Kuwait seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The role involves preparing high‑quality coffee beverages and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and specialty beverages.
• Ensure every drink meets the highest quality standards and matches customer preferences.
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu and make personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, restock supplies and clean equipment regularly.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic math and computer skills; flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lb.
