Beauty Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Beauty Advisor to join our Al Asimah store. You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized skincare consultations, recommending products, and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct skincare consultations and suggest suitable products.
• Explain product benefits and demonstrate correct usage.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and improve retail KPIs such as Average Transaction Value, Units per Transaction, and conversion rate.
• Utilize upselling and cross‑selling techniques to boost performance.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and follow up via calls or messages.
• Process sales and orders accurately using ERP and POS systems.
• Maintain attractive product displays, store cleanliness, and organized stock.
• Coordinate stock availability with other stores as needed.
• Record customer feedback and share improvement ideas.
• Complete sales reports and assigned tasks on time.

Required profile

• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales (preferred).
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• Good knowledge of skincare products and routines.
• Understanding of retail KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
