About the role
As a Bellman at Accor, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival experience. You will work closely with the Front Office and Concierge teams to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms while highlighting hotel facilities and services.
- Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and entrance area.
- Arrange transportation and support guest departures.
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Team‑oriented mindset in a diverse, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting is an asset.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with empathy and calm under pressure.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace.
