Business Application Support Developer

About the role

Plexsolution, a Kuwait‑based technology firm specializing in ERP and business applications, is seeking a Business Application Support Developer. The role focuses on developing, integrating, and supporting custom solutions that enhance operational workflows for clients across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) and Python.
• Implement system integrations, including APIs, data exchange, and automation scripts.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Create and manage reports using Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Power BI.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs promptly.
• Perform customizations and enhancements to business systems based on user requirements.
• Collaborate closely with end‑users to understand and support their operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on‑site environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Immediately available to join the team in Kuwait.

Required skills

• .NET (C#) development.
• Python programming.
• SQL database design and query optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats.
• Proficiency in at least one reporting tool (Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Power BI).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Sage 300.
