Business Development Executive – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Fiduciary International is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its enterprise solutions portfolio. You will identify, develop, and close new B2B opportunities for ERP, automation, cloud and digital transformation products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and nurture new B2B sales opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential enterprise clients across the Kuwait market.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Engage senior executives and decision‑makers to understand business challenges.
• Present solutions, prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations to closure.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales or enterprise technology sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals and acquiring new clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in the Kuwait market is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise software and cloud solutions.
• Understanding of automation and digital transformation technologies.
