Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in Hawally, Kuwait. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth for a leading construction, interior design, and maintenance services provider.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across construction and maintenance sectors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Generate leads, conduct market analysis, and track industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support revenue targets and contribute to overall business strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in market analysis, negotiation, and data‑driven decision making.
• Project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of the construction or maintenance sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
• Arabic nationality or currently residing in Kuwait.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and goal‑oriented mindset.
