About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join IDEA CO, a company specializing in the manufacture of advertisements and plastic decorations. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development or sales related to signage and interior decoration works.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
