Senior Sales Associate – Sanitary

About the role

The Senior Sales Associate – Sanitary will work in a showroom environment, helping customers select and purchase sanitary products and related accessories. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Promote sanitary products and services to customers and achieve cash, credit, warranty, and accessory sales targets.
• Provide high‑level customer service, understand needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Create sales invoices and operate BO & POS applications.
• Stay informed about in‑store promotions, discounts, and coupons.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales data and follow safety procedures.
• Conduct regular stock checks, report damaged items, and ensure proper product display and pricing.
• Keep the sales area clean, tidy, and accessible.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in sanitary or tiles retail sales with solid product knowledge.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook.
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of Business Objects (BO) applications.
