Certified Pilates and Strength Focused Instructor

About the role

Studio Sweat, Kuwait’s first infrared heated studio, is seeking a Certified Pilates and Strength Focused Instructor to join its dynamic team. This full‑time, on‑site position will be based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area and involves leading both Pilates and group strength classes in a heated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Pilates and group exercise sessions, ensuring correct form and technique.
• Design and adapt workout plans to meet individual client goals.
• Maintain a motivating, safe, and positive atmosphere throughout each class.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with studio members.
• Assist with studio operations, including equipment setup and class scheduling.

Required profile

• Certified Pilates Instructor credentials.
• Proven experience teaching Pilates and leading group exercise classes.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles to ensure safe movement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping clients achieve results.
