Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing hospitality and lifestyle group operating premium restaurant brands across the Middle East. The CFO will partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to shape financial strategy, support expansion, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all finance areas including FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis for strategic decision‑making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, capital allocation and enterprise risk to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS, statutory regulations, internal controls and corporate governance.
• Partner with the executive team on expansion, investment opportunities, M&A evaluation and financial due diligence.
• Present financial performance, insights and recommendations to the Board and senior stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimisation, finance transformation, process improvements and automation.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA, CPA, CFA or ACCA preferred.
• 15+ years of finance experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership of end‑to‑end finance functions.
• Experience in capital planning, business expansion and M&A.
• International, multi‑country finance exposure, preferably in hospitality or multi‑unit retail.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
