Commercial Strategy Expert (Grocery)

About the role

Keeta is expanding its grocery business in Kuwait and seeks a Commercial Strategy Expert to shape category growth, build scalable commercial frameworks, and drive retail success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category growth strategies across Keeta's grocery and retail business, using local market insights and customer trends.
• Design pricing models and category allowance strategies that balance customer acquisition, merchant success, and profitability while monitoring competitor pricing.
• Track key business metrics such as GMV, orders, conversion, and category performance, delivering regular business reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Product, and frontline teams to execute initiatives, building scalable processes, performance frameworks, and incentive mechanisms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Commercial Strategy, or Retail Analytics.
• Background in e‑commerce, grocery, retail, or local services, with strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Proven project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; experience in overseas or GCC markets is highly preferred.
