About the role
Tathkarah Travel & Tourism is seeking a Corporate Reservations Agent to manage flight and hotel bookings for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with travel policies.
Key responsibilities
- Book and issue flight tickets and hotel reservations for corporate clients.
- Handle client requests, changes, and cancellations promptly.
- Provide optimal options and fares in line with each company's travel policy.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel reservations.
- Proven experience handling corporate accounts.
- Good English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle requests quickly.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
