E-Commerce Manager

About the role

The company, a leading fashion group in Kuwait, is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to drive its online growth. You will own the e‑commerce strategy, improve commercial performance and enhance the customer journey across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce growth strategy to increase revenue, traffic, conversion, average order value and profitability.
• Lead CRM, customer‑lifecycle and retention programmes, including segmentation, loyalty, personalization, email/SMS and marketing automation.
• Manage digital acquisition and performance‑marketing activities, optimizing paid channels, CAC, ROAS and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, marketing, IT and operations on online trading, product launches, promotions and platform optimisation.
• Analyse e‑commerce performance data to inform decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital growth, CRM or performance‑marketing, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale fashion or lifestyle e‑commerce businesses or marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, retention and marketing automation.
• Deep understanding of performance‑marketing, customer acquisition, CRO, digital merchandising, UX and e‑commerce analytics.
