E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to own and drive our online growth strategy. You will be responsible for increasing revenue, traffic, conversion, average order value and overall profitability of our fashion e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the e‑commerce growth strategy, targeting revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV and profitability.
• Lead CRM, customer lifecycle and retention programmes, including segmentation, loyalty, personalization, email/SMS and marketing automation.
• Manage digital acquisition and performance‑marketing activities, optimizing paid channels, CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels and the full customer journey.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, IT and Operations on product launches, promotions and continuous platform optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital growth, CRM, performance marketing or online commercial management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven track record working with a large‑scale fashion/lifestyle e‑commerce business or marketplace.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, loyalty programmes and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRO and e‑commerce analytics.
