Electrical Estimation Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a precision‑focused Electrical Estimation Engineer to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role combines technical estimation of electrical projects with sales support, ensuring accurate tender submissions and seamless coordination with manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse complete tender documents, project drawings and technical appendices.
• Compile the total number of items from project scopes and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers to verify specifications, capacities and lead times.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements and detailed proposals.
• Attend technical clarification meetings with clients to provide sales support.
• Identify and report missing critical fields or technical risks early in the bidding cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tender estimation, technical estimation or system integration within the electrical trading or contracting sector in the Gulf.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for direct coordination with manufacturers.
• Current residence in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18).

• Interpretation of electrical single‑line diagrams.
• Reading and understanding schematic drawings and project specifications.
